Our network of industry partnerships offers opportunities across all areas of Allied Health, from leading Victorian hospitals to private practice and community health organisations.
Since 2003, ERA has dedicated itself to delivering a unique and specialised educational experience to all those who engage with us.
We augment the education services provided in the tertiary sector and provide a platform for students to pursue the career path that is best for them.
ERA's flagship allied health program, HLT43021 Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, provides University students with an opportunity to build a strong network of clinical partnerships, satisfy university placement requirements, and kickstart their career in allied health.
Students who complete ERA’s Allied Health Assistant Program walk away with an industry-recognised qualification, enabling them to apply for paid work as an Allied Health Assistant, and gain practical skills and industry experience while they complete their studies at University.
We are passionate about the work we do in the allied health space, and by engaging with students from Universities that share our passion, we are able to provide opportunities exclusively to tertiary students who are looking for placement solutions and early pathways to the allied health industry.
Industry placement provides students with the opportunity to work alongside a diverse range of qualified AHPs and establish professional networks for future employment.
At ERA, we understand that strong industry partnerships are integral to ensuring students receive the best placement opportunities tailored to the skills and qualifications needed for their future careers.
"The placement block is pretty much a daily job interview. Five out of the last seven EP's to work for The Next Step were students and with us prior to being employed.
In a pool of applicants, knowing they had a completed placement with us and understand our policies/procedures and clientele would certainly place them above the rest."

"We are in the process of hiring our first Allied Health Assistant from ERA, who completed a placement with us at Vic Rehab.
I have received really positive feedback from the team with respect to your students professionalism and the ease of working with your head office team."
At ERA, our goal is to empower everyone who engages with us to leave with more than they started with. We understand that everyone forges their own unique learning path and we enhance this through a personalised and innovative experience. As leaders in our industry, we aim to inspire excellence in all we do!
