“The ERA Running technique course was pretty awesome. The best aspects of the course were learning about the anatomy of running and being able to analyse my own running technique. I would recommend this course to every personal trainer working with clients who are training for a fun run or event”.

Running technique Level One

“The ERA Running technique course was exactly what I was hoping it would be and more. The best part of the day was having access to experts and seeing a real VO2max test in the lab. Loved the practical sports science activities which gave me a taste of what it would be like to get a job in this area. Look forward to level 2”.
